Minimum group rate per week is £2,050 per group up to 10 people. Significant discounts for larger groups. |

Subsidy is available to UK residents who cannot afford to pay the full tariff. For details about the subsidy fund, please contact the Camas Administrator for details.
How to book groups:

| 1st |
Contact the Camas Administrator to determine which dates are available, this should be done by July of the year prior to your visit - if possible. |
| 2nd |
Once you have agreed upon the best dates, a provisional booking will be made for you. We will inform you of the dates, cost and the due date for the deposit. |
| 3rd |
Once the deposit has been paid, we will confirm your booking details with you. If the number of people in your group then increases we will try to accommodate them. If the numbers of your group decrease within four weeks of your stay, you will still be liable for the cost of the original number of group members. |

Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation by either an individual or a group, the deposit is non-refundable. Where the cancellation occurs within four weeks before the beginning of the stay, individuals or group leaders will be liable for the full fee including VAT, unless the vacancy can be filled from another source. If the holiday has to be cancelled by the Centre and another time is unsuitable, the full deposit will be returned.

Insurance:
The Camas Centre recommends that all of our guests take out a travel/holiday insurance policy.
