The University is collecting&nbsp;contributions from&nbsp;people who knew her and who are willing to write about her.&nbsp;Dassi Elber, Victoria Buch's daughter,&nbsp;would greatly appreciate it if you would be willing to dedicate a short amount of time to write something about her.
