About the role  

The Camas Activity Worker’s role is to have significant input into the quality assurance and health and safety aspects of the centre’s outdoor activities. This includes significant time delivering outdoor activities including: 

  • kayaking, coasteering, wild swimming and raft-building 
  • abseiling
  • wild camping and hillwalking 
  • wide games and indoor team-building activities 

A large proportion of the time will be spent leading these activities, while supporting other resident staff and volunteers to contribute fully to the delivery of the activities.
